Florabella - Terms & Conditions

By placing an order on the Florabella World website or when calling our customer services number to place an order, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Flowers & Gifts

Due to seasonal and local availability all floral products are subject to availability. In the event of any difficulties with the supply from our wholesalers or if the flowers we have received do not meet our high standards, we reserve the right to substitute the flowers or product with an alternative of equal or greater value and quality. This applies also to Balloons, where the photograph shown is one of several similar versions: we may provide a substitute with an equivalent message.

Delivery

All local deliveries will be made and delivered from our shop in Saltash, Cornwall. All National deliveries will be sent through the eFlorist Network. Please ensure the correct address details are provided as we cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed by incorrect information.

Should the recipient not be home, product will be left in a secure place on the recipient’s property or product will be left with a neighbour, a card will be posted through letterbox informing recipient. If there are no neighbours available the product will be returned to the delivering Florists shop. It is then the responsibility of the recipient to contact the delivering florist to arrange delivery.

There may be problems in delivery where a third party is involved, such as delivery to hospitals, hotels, offices and ships etc. In case of delivery to such locations, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery.

We do not take any timed deliveries, but it is possible to request an AM or PM delivery if order is placed within 24 hours.

Payment

You can pay online through our secure checkout that is supported by PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account; all major credit and debit cards are accepted.

Complaints

Florabellaworld are fully committed to providing a quality service and that includes providing an excellent service should any complaints need investigating. We will deal with any complaints immediately and will keep you informed throughout the complete process and if we are satisfied that your complaint is genuine a replacement or refund will be given. All complaints must be made within 48 hours.

Complaints on quality cannot be investigated if made later than 7 days following date of delivery. All these items are perishable in nature and so cannot be returned under the Consumer Contract (Distance Selling) Regulations.

General

Florabellaworld reserves the right to change and amend the Terms and Conditions. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the Terms and Conditions when using the website. They shall be governed by English law and the parties hereby agree to submit themselves to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Florabellaworld does not warrant that the functions contained in the website will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the materials. This site and the information, names, images, pictures, logos and icons regarding or relating to Florabellaworld and its products and services (or to third party products and services), is provided "as is" and on an "is available” basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.

Florabellaworld are committed to protect your privacy while shopping online. We will use the information that you provide us lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, telephone number and email address. We will never share your confidential information with anyone, and will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. If you find any inaccuracies we will change it.

The personal information that we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
